Prestigious Melbourne CBD office space, where design meets function
Simple, sophisticated, and functional. Seon Solutions were engaged to design, install, and integrate seven suites that were to be occupied by different tenants with different needs. Each suite had multiple spaces that required a solution that was easy to use, budget friendly, and reliable. Through a meticulous consultation with builder and client, we were able to implement a solution that consisted of a room booking panel system, a projector system, numerous boardrooms with razor-sharp 4k imaging, 15x HD zoom and RightSight technology VC cameras that adjusts the zoom, so no one is left out of the frame. Table microphones were also added to be able to hear every voice clearly. An array of conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams were to be used so we specified conferencing products that gave flexibility. Our team were able to turn the once dreaded meeting into a pleasure.
Technology Driven Meeting Spaces
Seon Solutions were engaged to assist and deploy five meeting rooms from 8-person all the way up to 24-person capacity. Our clients impressive 24P Boardroom required a user-friendly Video Conferencing solution, requiring all 8 table boxes to have connectivity to the VC system, dual 86” displays, in-ceiling speakers for coverage over the large space and table microphones to operate clearly from any seated position. The 16P meeting room had a similar setup with 3 table boxes requiring video conferencing connectivity.
The smaller meeting spaces were fitted with a conference camera that adjusts zoom, whilst dynamically optimising light and colour so you’re left with the best video quality possible. If that wasn’t enough, it balances the loud and soft voices while minimising background noise.
A digital signage solution was required in the lobby that had the ability to remotely manage content. Our client also needed to display a slide show of images when they didn’t have announcements to make. We were able to roll out a solution that was cost effective and extremely easy for the staff to manage.
AV Integrated Meeting Rooms
No office space is complete without AV integrated meeting rooms. Seon Solutions were chosen to complete the design, install and commissioning of these elegant offices. Our team rolled out two different VC solutions dependent on the room size. The smaller meeting spaces had a cost-effective video bar that had 3 cameras, offered 8 in-built microphones and 4 powerful speakers. Simple to use, reliable and had the ability to run various conferencing platforms. For the larger office spaces, the design team chose a system with a separate camera, microphones, and speakers. The powerful camera allowed for further zoom and better clarity at a longer distance. The speakers allowed for greater sound output and the table microphones enabled voices to be picked up across a greater space. HQ Install & Integration
The team at Seon Solutions were brought on to undertake the design, install and integration of the Kennedys Group Head Office in Queens St, Melbourne. Sitting down and understanding the needs of our clients is always the first step in designing a system that exceeds the expectation of our clients. Once the consultation process was completed our design team got to work, creating a system that stayed within budget, user friendly and extremely reliable. The project consisted of 3 meeting spaces, 4P, 8P and 10P alongside digital displays that were rolled out in the open plan work area and kitchen breakout. The meeting spaces required our team to closely work alongside the Kennedys team seamlessly incorporating video conferencing technology into the eye-catching joinery. To further elevate these spaces pendant speakers were installed creating an immersive environment. The end result, a very happy client who can meet and share content anywhere in the world within a few clicks of a button.
Open & Closed Meeting Spaces
A total of six video conferencing meeting spaces were installed by the team for The Trade Desk in Cremorne. A combination of both open and closed meeting spaces was brought to life with the latest in video conferencing technology. If that wasn’t enough, all meeting rooms were equipped with room booking panels so that all meetings can be booked ahead of time. The reliable and simple to use Bring Your Own Device system is a huge favourite among those in the commercial office space. Once the team at Seon had installed and commissioned the system it’s a simple as plug and play.
